(Mood: Stressed. NOT "Big Grin". dA is being retarded.)
I'm slowly breaking off of a vicious cycle of laziness that has been destroying me this month. That's a good thing, but I am way WAY behind.
I only have one week left in october, and I have got to get applications for colleges done. NOW. But life is busy, and the school play this year (which I'm not enjoying one bit) is really taking all my time away. Play practice, every day, till 7:00pm or later. It is total bs. There used to be days you didn't have to come, and there used to be days you didn't have to stay at school so late so soon...
So I set up a list of priorities for each day.
1. Play practice whenever I have it.
2. Homework whenever I can do it.
3. After homework and and play practice, work on college applications.
Looks like a simple list eh? Nope. So far, I've failed much at it. That's pretty much how ever day is now. Atleast until the play in November 20ish, and finishing college apps hopefully around early november. Seriously, there's nothing else there. Not even walking my dog or going jogging. It's driving me crazy that that's all there is time for.
There's another part to this though. I need motivators to get me going. I have nothing to pump me up and get me working. I'm very vulnerable to procrastination without motivators. I can't find anything to fight/work for. It's driving me crazy... also. So, I'm always searching for one these days. No luck yet; hopefully soon I'll have luck.
Enough of that though, lets go to unrelated notes...
Uhh, my parents left saturday morning, and are pretty much gone till like, the third of november. So what did I do saturday? I took advantage of my temporary independency and got out of the house. Well, for a bit.
Picked up Paul at noon, and went to met Kendra and her sister at the pond behind the school and I watched them freeze to death. Then Paul and I went to my house and just hung out.
It was a pretty good day/night. It involved wounds, hydrogen peroxide, salt, lime, hot cheetos, energy drinks, rockband, portal, castle crashers, innocent dogs, tea, Owl City, venting, stupid conversations, and deep conversations.
And yeah. I drove Paul back to his house at 10:00pm-ish, and came back... tried to sleep. I had an energy drink, however, and I have never had one. So... I couldn't sleep till 6:30am. So what did I do during that time? Facebook, bagles, fresca, and Pandora. Oh, right, and I FIXED MY XBOX. My connection is crappy, but alteast I HAVE a connection. I'll have to get my connection a bit better before I can really take advantage of it though.
And Ryan will be happy to know that I haven't touched WoW since the 18th of October.
